Allows you to grow all year long and powerful enough to maintain a Mediterranean climate even in the depths of winter. Thermostatically controlled via the langhe app.
Allows a constant supply of fresh air while maintaining ideal humidity conditions in the greenhouse. Primarily used in the winter and shoulder seasons (spring/fall). Fresh air is tempered by the heat from outgoing air. The most efficient way to maintain ideal humidity conditions in your greenhouse. Equipped with an automatic defrost mechanism to allow operation in even the coldest climates.
High-powered exhaust fan helps keep air fresh and removes excess heat and moisture during the summer months. Whisper-quiet operation. Automatic gravity shutters help keep bugs and other pests out.
Specially selected commercial-grade shade cloth from the industry-leading Swedish smart-textile manufacturer, Svensson. This is the same shade cloth used in multi-million dollar commercial greenhouses, but custom-cut for the Connected model. Keeps out ~50% of heat while allowing 64% of light penetration. A must-have to manage solar gain during the hot summer months.
Industrial-grade, weather-proof, moisture-resistant circulation fan. Made with a galvanized steel-frame and curved aluminum blades, our fan allows for optimal air movement. Important for keeping air fresh and circulating in your greenhouse. Also helps replicate a ‘natural breeze’ to support pollination for fruiting plants such as tomatoes and strawberries.

Environmental System

Specifically designed for Langhe by horticultural lighting researchers. 15 x 2-ft long LED bars (24 W each) to provide optimal lighting conditions throughout the greenhouse. Our lighting system is designed to supplement (not replace) natural sunlight and allows you to grow all-season long, even during the darkest and coldest days of the winter. Also helps to nurture healthy plant growth if your greenhouse needs to be located in a shadier part of your backyard. Available in white or pink light.
No more guessing if your plants are getting enough light. Sensor of choice for lighting researchers and agriculture professionals. This sensor measures the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) that plants receive. Used in conjunction with the langhe app to algorithmically switch lights ON/OFF over the course of the day to optimize plant growth and minimize energy consumption.

Supplemental Lighting

Custom-designed irrigation system allows for programmable, automated watering of your plants. 4 different outputs allows you to set custom water schedules (duration + frequency) for 4 different plant zones. Simple ⅜” PTC outputs are provided and easily adapted to connect with most drip irrigation systems (not included), allowing consumers the ultimate flexibility.
Designed so that water can be supplied through a pre-installed external wall mounted regulator (via a garden hose) or an interior frost-proof water hydrant (not included) for all-season growing.

Irrigation

Commonly used in large commercial greenhouses to prevent greenhouse fungal issues. Programmable, automated sulfur evaporator burns a small amount of elemental sulfur overnight. Proven to keep powdery mildew fungi under control and can reduce spider mite populations. Starter sulfur pad included (~one year supply).
Basic and rudimentary but an important part of any pest management system. Yellow sticky card traps are effective to control whiteflies, fungus gnats, blackflies, thrips, fruit flies, midges, and other flying insect populations. If used correctly, they can help prevent infestations and alert consumers to emerging problems. One year supply of cards included.

Pest Control

Expertly constructed and engineered using high quality North American lumber by American craftsmen in Pennsylvania. All our greenhouses are built on a 4” x 4”pressure-treated base, making them some of the sturdiest backyard greenhouses on the market.
Horticultural-grade, twin-walled polycarbonate helps provide excellent light transmission, even light diffusion and effective heat retention. Less fragile than glass panels and resistant to the harshest conditions including hail and heavy snow loads.
Every greenhouse comes standard with 2 x 12’ long potting benches (30” high) which are custom-built for the Connected model. Benches are constructed with pressure-treated pine and topped with high-grade plastic panels with large drainage holes.
Our prefabricated greenhouses are designed to be easy to move, and easy to upgrade. The Base model is upgradeable to a Connected model. We can also accommodate custom sizes and/or join 2+ greenhouses together (contact us for more details).
